The seat is from a slab of ash which I have used to make a series of stools and a child's chair. It has particularly lovely patterns so makes beautiful seats. The legs match this as they have a stripy pattern.

Full description
A unique ash stool made with hand tools using traditional green woodwork techniques: the legs were made using a drawknife and the seat was shaped with a hand adze.
The stool is finished in walnut oil. It is 45cm. high and the seat is approximately 30 x 26 cm.
