Full description
Inspired by butterfly display cases, I wanted to capture the delicate shape of butterfly wings and focus on their incredible silhouettes. The butterflies in this print range in size from 3.5cm to 7cm across (1.25" to 2.75").
This fabric panel is perfect for small handmade projects - purses, coasters, trims / pockets on clothing or mix it up with other fabrics and create an original quilt or cushion cover.
Printed in Black
- printed area measures 33 x 23cm (13 x 9")
- printed with water based inks
- heat set and fully washable at 30 degrees, iron on a warm setting
- printed on a choice of white base cloth
available on a choice of basecloths:
- white cotton, smooth and perfect for quilting
- white 54% linen / 46% cotton blend which has the beautiful texture of medium weight linen
- 100% natural linen, all 3 are shown in the last image.

Small imperfections may be present, these will be minor and part of the beauty of buying handprinted fabrics.
Some shrinkage will occur after washing, this is a feature of natural fibres, please allow for this or prewash before using in your projects.
Each colour batch will vary slightly, props not included in the sale.
