This design started from a pencil sketch which made its way to a vector illustration and finally was cut out of wood by a laser cutter. It was then sealed with an oak coloured wood stain and filled with vibrant coloured resin. Its a lovely design to feel and the texture is lushly smooth.
You won't find anything like this on Folksy, this is my original design, created from start to finish in my studio, from pencil to creation using a process I've developed over months of hard work. I pour care and love into each piece.

Full description
One day I was clearing out my old make up collection and it seemed a shame to just throw them in the bin. So I mixed up some old eyeshadows with some resin, in this case a sparkly navy colour, and it transformed into a wonderful glossy iridescent colour that shimmers when the light catches it.
Like all the necklaces in this shop, each side of the pendant has two distinctive looks. The front curves inwards whereas the back has been sanded down and covered with a clear layer of glossy resin. This is where you can see a lot of the eyeshadow has settled and has an amazing effect when it catches the light.
The wood has been stained a nice golden oak colour and It hangs from an extra long antique silver coloured fine chain which is fastened with a lobster claw catch.

Chain length: 28 inches.

Please note, there may be very slight colour adjustments in the resin colour, this is due to both how it will look on your screen and also variations between batches made.
