If you want to stand out in the crowd then this skirt is for you!

I've taken a smart denim skirt and made it something extra special with a crochet edging and flowers. I've used a cotton yarn which has a lovely sheen to it and added buttons to the centre of the flowers. There are also tiny embroidered flowers with beads along the bottom.

The skirt is a dark denim.

To keep this skirt looking gorgeous, it needs to be hand washed and kept away from the tumble dryer. It also likes a gentle iron!

After completing my City and Guilds panel project, I was inspired to upcycle clothing. Breathing a new lease of life into clothing with crochet and felt, all my skirts are purchased from vintage markets and charity shops.
