I adore making these pictures and seeing me felting my children wanted to try. I also got several people asking me at craft fairs if I could provide a kit so I thought I would put some together and this is the result.
This picture was inspired by some fields of sheep I pass when walking the dogs.

Full description
An amazing kit with the materials needed to create a fabulous wet felted picture. This kit is for the "Grazing Sheep" design.
Included in the kit is the pre felt base sheet along with enough wool to make the picture shown, although if you wish you can let your imagination run wild and make up a picture of your own choosing. Also included is bubble wrap and netting, used in the felting process, and a set of illustrated instructions.
Additional supplies required are: an old towel, a rolling pin (or similar), a spray bottle, hot water, washing up liquid, white vinegar or lemon juice.
These kits are aimed at both children (over 8yrs) and adults although the younger children under the age of 12 years may require adult help and guidance.
The kits take 1-2 hours to complete. The prefelt base sheet measures approximately 8.5"x10.5" producing a final picture slightly smaller than this as the felting process results in shrinkage of 10-20%.
