Full description
Here is a set of four earthy season gnomes, elementals or fairies for your Waldorf nature table, or to brighten a seasonal display. Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall (Autumn) are beautifully represented in gentle, natural tones.
These birch wood peg dolls have been handpainted using natural plant-dye / plant pigment watercolours, and then gently waxed with pure beeswax.
Each colour/season is from a different plant source:
Winter and Blue: Cabbage and Black Elderberry
Spring and Green: White Mulberry and Turmeric
Summer and Orange: Gardenia and Beet
Fall, Autumn and Brown: Caramel, Safflower, and Beet
This set of season gnome children is approx 4.3cm high, but I am happy to do taller or smaller sets; please convo me for a custom order.
As every set is custom made, yours will be similar, but not identical, to that shown.
Please be aware that as these colours came from the sun, the sun may take them away again! Keep these fairy gnomes dry and out of direct sunlight.
These dolls are art and decorations, to help make your world more lovely. They are not toys and are not suitable for children.
