Full description
Here is a beautiful and gentle set of seven rainbow fairies, gnomes or elementals for your Waldorf nature table, or to brighten a seasonal display.
These birch wood peg dolls have been handpainted using natural plant-dye / plant pigment watercolours, and then gently waxed with pure beeswax.
All of the colours of the rainbow are present, with each being from a different plant source.
Red/Magenta: Beet
Orange: Gardenia
Yellow: Turmeric
Green: White Mulberry
Blue: Cabbage
Indigo/Purple: Black Elderberry
Violet: Red Pepper, Beet and Black Elderberry
This set of rainbow fairy children is 5cm high, but I am happy to do taller or smaller sets; please contact me for a custom order.
As every set is custom made, yours will be similar, but not identical, to that shown.
Please be aware that as these colours came from the sun, the sun may take them away again! Keep these fairy gnomes dry and out of direct sunlight.
These dolls are art and decorations, to help make your world more lovely. They are not toys and are not suitable for children.
