Over on the folksy forum we decided to have a challenge: to produce a work of art on the theme of Summer Holidays that is different to our usual work. So for me that rules out beaches straight away - my shop is full of them. Hadrian's Wall in a watercolour mixed media style was my choice, and I'm rather pleased with how it turned out!

Full description
An original watercolour mixed media painting measuring 6 x 4 inches.
Painted on 300gsm smooth acid free watercolour paper using W&N professional watercolours, tissue paper, newsprint, sand and gesso.
This Original Small Work of Art (OSWOA) measures 6 x 4 inches, and is very easy to display in a standard photo frame (as shown in the photo). Alternatively you can display your collection on your coffee table in a photograph album.
Please note that the mini easel is not included in the sale, however I do have mini easels available in my shop as an add-on to this item here:

It will be sent to you by Royal Mail First Class, in a cellophane bag protected by stiff card. I use recycled packing card to keep packaging costs to a minimum and to help save the planet - be assured that your purchase will be well protected on its journey to you.
