Full description
A unique card for a special couple this card will ensure their love lasts forever. Card is 8 x 8" It is a Wedding card which can be personalised with plantable seed hearts. Inside the card is a note explaining that the receipient has received a plantable card so their love will last forever.
The seed paper contains some or all of the following :
