Full description
This tutorial shows how to make a wire wrapped beaded toe ring, just like the one listed for sale in my shop. It's a very simple design, suitable for beginners wishing to develop their skills in wrapping and ring making. It's also a very forgiving design, as the open, adjustable format allows for small errors in sizing. Use your favourite colour of bead to make it personal to you. This tutorial makes a size 3 (US) or F (UK) ring, however I'll show you the formula for sizing up or down as required.
Materials required:
12cm of 18 ga Round Soft Wire
50cm of 26 ga Round Soft Wire
3 x 4mm Czech glass firepolished beads
Tools required:
Round nose pliers
Flat nose pliers
Wire cutters
Ring mandrel
Plastic/nylon hammer
Tumbler (optional)
