The inspiration for this item comes from my love of old things (in particular, the 1950s & 60s and all things kitsch).

Handmade to order lampshade using an unused 1960s small green floral cotton fabric.
Fabric is in excellent vintage condition.
Size approx: 12" dia x 8" h
(Also available as an 10" x 10")
Please remember to state whether you require shade for a table/standard lamp or ceiling pendant (if applicable) as the fitting is different.

Welcome to The Lampshade Garden where hundreds of beautiful and distinctive new and vintage fabrics are available to be made - by hand - into the shade you want.
Choose something from the gallery, design something bespoke yourself using your own fabric, or request a bespoke shade using a fabric from the shop. There are now round (up to a metre in diameter), square, rectangular and even triangular frames available in an assortment of sizes.
All shades are made by hand to order in the UK with professional flame-retardant PVC and have hand-rolled edges. All frame parts and pvc are also manufactured in the UK to the highest standards. Every shade is fitted with a centre adapter and will work with both standard UK and European fittings (such as Habitat and Ikea).
All shades are suitable for table, standard and ceiling pendants. Just email during or after purchase and state your choice.
