Full description
This beautiful oval cut Smoky Quartz stone has been simply set into a sterling silver cast basket ring mount. A classic solitaire design with eight claws which hold the stone securely in place.
The stone is the most gorgeous dark brown - glinting golden brown and honey shades in the light from its many facets.
Please note - There is a fine scratch on the table of the stone, please see pictures. This is hardly noticeable when worn. My photos have been enlarged to try and show you details. With this in mind, I have reduced the price of the ring to reflect this.
I have hand set the stone into a cast sterling silver mount and then finished and polished the ring by hand.
The stone itself measures 12x10mm in diameter and the ring is a UK size N approx.
The ring is stamped 925 for sterling silver inside the shank.
