I really think these wreaths evolve and come together almost on their own. I rarely set out to make something specific, so when Simon made an appearance I just knew he needed a friend! I really like the muted shade of the background colour letting the colourful accents take centre stage. And Billy Bluetit does it rather well, don't you think?

This could divide the nation! Is it a slug, or is it a caterpillar? Maybe it's the first of it's kind, a furry slug?? Whatever he is, he's tame, his name is Simon (I'm told) and his best friend is Billy Bluetit. Both buddies are featured on this charming new wreath, along with tradescantia, campanula, daisies and the gorgeous ladybird. It measures 25cm across, the optimum size, worldwide studies have shown, to be able to find the perfect place for this little pretty wherever you live! (tongue firmly in cheek!)
