This pretty floral garland is the perfect bunting for a wedding or to hang in any room in your home to bring a little of the outside in!
This lovely paper bunting is up-cycled from a beautiful book, "A Victorian Flower Album" by Henry Terry. In the summer evenings of 1873, Henry Terry painted these beautiful flowers "as a pleasing recreation" and dedicated his charming paintings to his three children, Emily, Annie and Harry. This bunting has been made from some of his gorgeous pictures and writing from those Summer evenings.
This listing is for ONE garland of bunting with 8 triangular flags on rescued wool. Each flag is approx. 7 in x 4.5 in (17.5 cm x 11 cm). The bunting is ready to hang on 10 feet of yarn so that you can spread the flags out – they slide easily – and still have plenty of wool to hang up the bunting.
The garland you receive may not have exactly the same flags as in the photos but will have a beautiful selection of Henry Terry's gorgeous pictures. Some flags may also have some of his lovely writing identifying the flowers.
The bunting has flowers on both sides so it can be hung in the middle of a room and viewed from both sides. It isn't suitable for use outdoors – well, it IS paper after all!
