I love the Hobbit movies, and have always wanted to try a different slant on my fairy houses and "hobbitify" them and this is the result.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Magical Hobbit/Fairy House One of a kind custom sculpted piece is handmade and original art by Anny Roscoe.
Handmade to delight woodland folk, fairies and believers of all ages. My magical hobbit/fairy house is for gardens or inside your cottage. It measures 16.5 cm x 16.5 cm and is about 15cm high. Just outside the round, ivy-lined entrance is a beautiful shell pathway. The house is situated in a grassy field with little daisies. The house is surrounded by intricate winding twigs with odd touches of moss here and there. Other natural finds decorate the house but I left enough room for your own or fairy touches. Any of the woodland folk would call this amazing enchanted magical fairy house their home.
I am happy to custom make fairy houses to any requirement, so if you have a special order, please feel free to contact me.
