The goal this year was to make as many soaps as I could from herbs and flowers grown in my own wild garden!! I have waited over 6 months for wonderful clumps of fresh nettles to appear. Not an easy task even with gloves on but worth all the effort. The soaps have a lovely mint green colour at the moment and a wonderful fresh smell from the essential oil blend.
I hope the colour does not fade too much over the weeks to come as it sometimes does with cold process soap as the natural colour at the moment is wonderful.
