One of a kind handmade 'Happy Anni' anniversary card, with handmade patchwork heart with antiqued edging and glittered chipboard sentiment detail. This card is simple, modern & bang on trend, and would be perfect for that special anniversary celebration.

Includes one cream envelope.
My cards are all individually packaged in a cellophane wrap and mailed in a jiffy/hard-backed envelope to ensure they arrive to you in a perfect condition!
