Made with orange semi-translucent glass, these unusal beads have been hand made by me using lampwork techniques where premium raw glass is melted directly in a superhot propane & oxygen flame.
Each bead is completely unique, I have used a special silver rich glass trailed on the top of the beads to produce this unusal effect of navy blue-black and cream, which reminds me of the markings seen on koi carp. As they are handmade there is some variation in beads, some are partly transparent, others are soild colour, all adding to the uniqueness!
Between the beads I've strung some lovely green cut-crystal beads (not made by me!) and some mystery opaque green beads, which look like some kind of stone.
The bracelet is 8 1/2 inches long from tip to tip, and finished with 925 silver.
