Full description

For the discerning fashion diva perhaps... this funky little handcrafted crochet bag has been produced using Harris Tweed aran from the Isle of Harris in the the Outer Hebrides, northern Scotland. I buy this pure wool directly from the famous Campbell family who produce the wonderful Harris tweed fabric. Also, in emerald green, is a hand dyed handspun merino, alpaca and silk chunky yarn, and in oatmeal is an undyed, unbleached aran from the seaweed eating sheep from Orkney islands Northern Scotland. These 'Rolie' sheep staple diet is seaweed and they live on the beach in a remote wild part of the world. They sleep by burying themselves in the sand and have been around since the Skara Brae days and the Picts. Their fleeces are unique and beautifully soft. The pure wool is undyed and unbleached and spun using traditional techniques.

This handcrafted funky crocheted wearable art has fabulous accentuated coral effect ruffles creating a unique silhouette. These ruffles can be moulded to your taste! It is a unique versatile accessory. Custom handmade it is stylishly chic and will beautifully accentuate whatever you wear.

Custom color palettes are available by request. It also makes a generous gift for a friend or loved one. Sold in galleries and shops all over Scotland, but also bought worldwide from Israel, Scotland, to the United States and Australia.
