I recall elegant ladies of my Grandmothers' generation wearing fabulously naturalistic and delicate floral brooches & earrings when I was a child.
It's seems a shame to me that so many of these beautiful, handmade works of art are languishing forgotten in jewellery boxes. I hope I'm bringing them back to life by turning them into unique hair accessories & rings.

Full description
These beautiful hairslides are up-cycled from a pair of delicate bone china flowers. The flowers were salvaged from a pair of vintage clip-on earrings, which have been restored, cleaned up and securely attached to silver coloured slides.
Wearable, unusual and totally one of a kind.
Each Urban Magpie creation comes to you wrapped up in beautiful and interesting papers, tied with a ribbon, with a label telling you its story and what it's made from. So you know you've acquired something a little bit special.
