Full description
The ring has a classic elegance that is enhanced by the pretty brownish green Verdite variety of Tourmaline, hand set into the piece.
This is such a pretty stone. The stone appears darker or lighter depending on the lighting conditions. The gem has quite a glassy effect due to its clarity and the fact it has been cut en cabochon and given a very high polish.
The stone is petite at 8x6mm with a high dome, so perfect in this feminine ring.
I have set the stone in quite a low profile sterling silver cast setting, so it is very wearable and will not readily catch on other things. The setting has a subtle twist design.
The ring is a generous UK size N 1/2 approx.
