Full description
Marina is a handknitted mermaid about 9" (23 cm) long. Like all my knits, I have created my own pattern.
Her tail has been knitted in knit-facing stocking stitch which gives her a streamlined look. The yarn I've used is a beautiful mix of blues, turquoise and white with a sparkly thread shining through.
Marina wears a bikini top to preserve her modesty, and has made herself a chain with assorted sea style beads which she wears as a necklace or belt. She's happy to share, it can also be worn as a charm bracelet by someone with a 7" wrist.
Marina's stunning bright orange hair is crocheted and sewn securely, she wouldn't want to lose it in a riptide.
Her shimmering bead eyes glint with the secrets of the ocean: she knows what the shells are saying when you hold one to your ear.
Marina's charm chain is included, but the shell, and ocean backdrop are not.
