I bought these beads from a charity shop, so I'm not sure how old they are. The glass beads look quite retro, so in my mind they belonged to a rather bohemian feminist in the 50s. I hope she approves of my new design for them!
I enjoyed making this bangle on a rainy Easter Sunday in my shed.

Full description

This little treasure is made from beads upcycled from two necklaces I bought second hand.

The bronze ceramic seed beads pair really well with the muted tones of the elliptical glass discs.

The memory wire coil fitted so comfortably on my wrist that I forgot I was wearing it after I took the photo to display it on here! My wrist is about 7 inches in diameter to give you an idea of fit.

The bangle will come wrapped in coloured tissue and packaged in a handmade bag, tied with a ribbon bow - similar to the bag shown in the photo although patterns and colours vary.
