Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

SHIPPING METHOD & DELIVERY TIME • All orders are sent from the United Kingdom within 1 to 3 days of cleared payment, with the exception of custom orders wherein processing times can be up to 1 week. • Inland (United Kingdom) orders are shipped via 2nd class, delivery aim is 1 to 3 working days after posting. • European Union orders are shipped via Airmail, delivery aim is 3 to 5 working days following day of posting. • Outside Europe orders (USA, Canada, Australia etc.) are shipped via Airmail, delivery aim is 5 to 7 working days following date of posting. *Please bear in mind that these are the delivery aims given by the United Kingdom Royal Mail service and are not guaranteed. Shipping times can often be delayed during the busy holiday season and during times of harsh weather conditions. CUSTOMS FEES & DUTY • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by their respective countries or states. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION If you are not pleased with your order or service for any reason please contact us with your query before leaving feedback. RETURNS & EXCHANGES • Are always welcome. • We accept returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of your orders arrival. A refund will be given, or an exchange delivered, once your item has been received. • Alternatively, you may send us photo documentation of paid postage for the returned item for quicker refund or exchange delivery. LOST PACKAGES • An order is considered lost if it has not been received after 6 weeks from the posting date. • Please notify us of the lost item. • We will then resend the item to you or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
