When I want to try a new craft I want it to be easy. I want everything in one place, in one easy package.
This kit is just that, all you need to start patchworking with the beautiful cotton fabric included is somewhere to sit!
These kits are perfect for children over the age of 9 who might need a little supervision depending on their sewing skills. They were originally designed and intended for adults.
The fabric in the kits is random shapes from which hexagons can be cut easily. They are a mixture of remnants from my vintage collection and new fabrics.
The colours in the packs vary but all include some light, some dark, some patterened and some plain. All the fabrics are 100% cotton, some are new, some are high quality vintage circa 1970. If you see a colourway you particuarly like in the pictures please let me know and I'll do my best to give you that one, otherwise I'll pick them at random as they sell.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

There is enough fabric to make a cover for a phone, tablet and laptop, or a cushion cover, or a quilt for a baby. You can always add to the kit with your own fabric to make larger projects. The mini patchwork can be sewn onto anything as an applique and looks amazing as a detail down the side of a skirt or across a bag. If you want to make phone, tablet or laptop covers, or a baby quilt you will need some extra fabric for backing - fleece is perfect for this and it's cheap and easy to find.
This is a really versatile kit that will give someone a skill that will last a lifetime.
