SOCK-A-DOODLE-DOO!
For chicken lovers and collectors of Easter decorations.
The body of this chicken is made from sock with a random pattern of black, dark blue and yellow. He has red, white and blue legs, a bright orange beak and a fleecy red comb. His wings include hand sewn lines of complementary coloured thread. He measures 26cms from the top of his comb to the tips of his toes.
The ruffled tail is made from the sock toe and has been cut into several strands to give a scruffy feathered effect. This chicken has double button eyes - the larger buttons are round and cream in colour, the smaller buttons are red and flower shaped.
I've stuffed the chicken with polyester fibre filling in such a way that he can sit unaided. He looks particularly good on top of an item that allows his legs to 'dangle'.
Please note, this item is not a toy and therefore unsuitable for young children due to the addition of buttons.
