This hardback A4 landscape sketchbook/ photo album has been created using traditional bookbinding methods. All papers are: cut, folded and sewn by hand. Each alternate page has been removed to allow space for photographs.
I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature. Rather than using traditional linen tape, I have used assorted ribbons bound with some of my hand dyed pink linen thread. Assorted hand dyed linen threads have been used to create the bugs.
The book is covered with vintage Laura Ashley fabric and can be secured with cream elastic attached to the album with a vintage laundry button.
The book contains 60 pages of 130 gsm 100% recycled paper with a deckle edge on the top and lower edges of each page.
Measurements: height 21 cm, width 30 cm and depth 3 cm
