Dreadlocks made from silk threads and strands were my inspiration for making this funky blue horse to compliment the group of animals already in my Hobby Hores Arc!

Full description
A superb quality Hobby Horse with a turquoise and blue hand felted head, complete with a full mane of felt and silk, soft, gentle, needle felted eyes and a strong bridle made from plaited pink leather.
I made this horse from scratch using natural Merino wool. I used machine and hand stitching to create the finished animal. Felted fronds make up the mane, together with woven silk strands and it is filled with synthetic stuffing. I used batik techniques to decorate the wooden stick which is dyed blue and has a polished wax finish and a felt pad on the base.
The horse is 1 metre tall and is completely individual. He can go anywhere, needing only your imagination to make him come alive, but he does not like to get wet, so spot clean only please.
This funky Blue Horse has the CE certificate and is completely safe for children, but parental supervision is advised for those under 3 years.
He will also, beautifully complement the room of any teenager or adult who is still a child at heart! ( A must for grandparents to keep at their house.)
All my work is made to a high standard, with care and love and signed on the stick and on the head. Each Hobby Horse is unique and comes with it's own individual 'passport' stating provinance.
