"Wind Beneath my Wings"
I have used a ceramic bracelet bar as the focal for this bracelet from UK Designer Bo Hulley, it has a lovely creamy base with a wing design. I have handmade the bracelet from copper wire, which I have shaped, hammered, oxidised and finished with a handmade clasp and a little trio of two Lampwork glass beads and a Creamstone gemstone bead. There are also two little beads hanging from the side comprising of a Czech glass Picasso finish rondelle and a Creamstone gemstone.
The finished length of the bracelet is approximately 8 inches / 20.5cm but the bracelet will fit anything up to this size as due to the design it could be shortened by hooking the clasp through the links if needed.
I have handmade the copper components of this bracelet from pure copper wire which I have hand shaped, hammered, oxidised with Liver of Sulphur to darken and finished, all by hand, making it totally unique and one of a kind.
The Lampwork Glass beads are by UK Lampwork Artist Yvonne Johnson.
