My love affair with Murano glass goes way back. All of my Murano beads come directly from the Marco Polo glass factory on the Venetian island of Murano where glass workers who, keen to preserve their unique craft, still follow age-old techniques to create these mini works of art. The vibrancy of genuine Murano glass is unmistakeable. It appears to glow from within and is truly special to wear. x

A vibrant design featuring a beautiful lime green Murano glass heart.
This gorgeous bead hangs among a cascade of beads, crystals and stones in a riot of contrasting colour. Swarovski crystals, sterling silver beads and Peridot stones nestle together in shades of lime, lilac and purple. These colours really do work beautifully together. The Murano heart was handmade and is lined with sterling silver foil. The cascade hangs from a delicate sterling silver box chain which measures 18"
