This padded heart door hanger is the perfect thank you gift for a teacher. An end of year gift I'm sure they will enjoy receiving.
This lovely heart is made from Cath Kidston blue and white star fabric. Hangs with a natural jute loop and bow and is decorated with East of India ribbon with the words 'thank you teacher'.
It measures approx 6 inches x 4.5 inches excluding the jute loop.
