All the work we make is produced in our studio pottery on the edge of the South Downs in rural West Sussex. It is here that we design all our pieces and make them by hand either on a potter’s wheel or by sculpturing from slabs of clay.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This is an ideal gift for someone you love.
One handmade ' Heart of Gold ' porcelain hanging decoration.
The front of each white unglazed porcelain heart is embossed with a random heart pattern then one of the hearts is gilded with gold. This is in a different position on each heart making each one unique. The rear of the heart is left blank (except for the makers mark) so that individual messages can be written with a fine marker pen if desired.
The heart has a cream organza hanging ribbon and will come in a small cream organza bag .
