This unique, high quality purple and beige tartan handbag with shiny purple crochet flowers has been handmade. Features of this stunning bag are a secure zip closure and coordinating lilac lining with a useful internal zip up pocket.

Bag: Purple, beige and blue tartan wool fabric.
Handles: Purple, beige and blue tartan wool fabric reinforced for extra strength.
Flowers: Three crochet flowers made from sparkly purple thread. Three small purple buttons form flower centres. All securely sewn on by hand.
Ribbon: Three strips of purple ric rac forms flower stems - securely sewn on by machine.
Lining: Lilac fabric with small white spot.
Pocket: Useful internal zip up pocket.
Padding: The bag is lightly padded for extra strength and structure.
Closure: Secure beige zip closure with purple ric rac ribbon tag.

Depth at Base - 8cm (3.25”)
Handles - 53cm (21”) long

Making crochet flowers is currently one of my favourite things to do whilst watching television (I can't sit still for long!!!).

I have had such fun matching the flowers to fabrics in my stash. This wool fabric remnant was found in a local charity shop and has been used to make a number of very popular handbags.
