The brooch card will arrive carefully wrapped in a pretty paper bag or it can be posted directly to your intended (just let me know the message you would like added)
Please brooches are all handmade and cut by me so each will be slightly different and unique.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
POSTAGE in the UK items will be posted First Class Recorded delivery. OVERSEAS items will be posted via Airmail - it usually costs around £5 extra for tracking. Please be aware that if you do not track your item, I can not be held responsible for any lost packages. Please contact me if you wish it to be track-able and I'll add it to your bill. If you require another method of delivery, please let me know!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This red felt heart has been made into a brooch. It is off set with a brass button, red leatherette tassels and 'with love' thick cotton ribbon. It comes affixed to a thick cream card with envelope. Perfect for valentines or just to send a 'love' message!
