Trees are so interesting to draw in winter. You can see the structure so much better without all their leaves. This was part of my inspiration for this picture. The other part was watching children at the lake with their parents and grandparents. I took a picture I have of my Dad with one of my sons and placed them under the tree watching the ducks. A right of passage for all children I think!

Full description
Original hand pressed linocut of a scene from Needham Market Lake in Suffolk. I have used black water-based ink on Zerkall smooth white paper. This print is from an edition of 20, it is titled 'At the Lake' and signed. The image is 302 x 205mm.
Prints are sent in cellophane protective packaging inside a board backed envelope. Postage and packing is free!
