This time of year can seem so grey and gloomy, so I wanted to make something bright and jolly. What better than the pretty bobbing birds in bright retro colours. Oh, it's making me think of Spring!

This pretty little bird ornament has been patterned using hand-printed tissue papers. It's simple shape and lovely retro colours will bring a ray of sunshine to your home - and it will happily bob about on its spring stand! Have a look at little bird's friends.
The bird measures approximately 20 cm from beak to tail-tip.
