This "Tidelines" pendant is hand formed in recycled Fine Silver. Designed to hint at something precious found glinting on the shore....a coin rubbed smooth by the ages. The surface of the coin bears a fragment of a Longfellow poem "The tide rises, the tide falls..." The tides are eternal yet we are transient....moments captured and remembered through the clues we leave behind....our treasure on the beach.
Being completely hand formed in an organic shape, this little piece is a true one of a kind. It measures approximately 15mm across. It has been hung on a textured freeform ring which adds to the effect of age on the pendant. It has been highly polished for maximum shine and also has the addition of two little beaded treasure charms which add extra glimmers of the sea.
To complete the pendant it will be supplied gift boxed on a sterling silver chain.

I am a walker of sand dunes, a watcher of waves, a beachcomber. My pockets are filled with treasures of the shore. The shells that shimmer and broken timbers of a life only guessed. There is a magic in the waves. "The tide rises, the tide falls" and you never know what it will leave behind. Life is like that too. More than just the contents of a pirates chest...this pendant is inspired by the idea that there are moments that should never be forgotten....that make us smile and hold us up to face the storms.....so that when the tide retreats....they are still there... beside us....sparkling in the sand.
