Full description
Hand tooled leather cover for an A6 notebook. A gorgeous floral design is carved & stamped into veg tanned leather & then dyed Tan.
The liner which holds the notebook in place is pig skin & this is glued in place & the whole cover is hand stitched with waxed linen thread.
Includes Hardbook A6 notebook.
The closure is a small wooden toggle & suede loop.
A water resistant conditioner has been applied & I recommend reapplying some sort of conditioner periodically to retain the natural beauty of the leather.
Being a natural product, & because it does not have a tannery applied finish, this item will pick up scuffs, stains, marks & other signs of usage - I love the character this gives to the item. However, to help retain a pristine condition I recommend occasional cleaning with an appropriate leather cleaner & a periodic treatment with leather feed/conditioner.
