The Three Craws is a very well known children's song in Scotland and beyond. Every kid knows it, every adult sings it to their kid. It's in the Scots language and this adds to the comic element of it.
The text goes:
"Three Craws sittin on a waa " (Three crows sitting on a wall)
"One a cold and frosty mornin"
"The first craw wis greetin' fur his maw" (The first crow was crying for his ma)
"The second craw, he fell and broke his jaa" (The second crow fell and broke his jaw)
"The third craw, he couldnae flee at a" (The third crow couldn't fly at all)

Typewriter font text of old traditional children's Scots song "Three Craws" with black lino printed crows/craws on a cream lightly textured paper.Double mounted in white mount and black mount to compliment the print. Black hand painted gloss frame.Frame size 54cm x 43cm
