This lovely wooden heart has a memorial message to remember a loved one at Christmas time! They are always in our thoughts and I made this in memory of my Mother in Law who sadly will be missed.
The message says Forever in our hearts. but if you would like a different name or message me I can personalise it to suit your needs just message me in the message to seller box when purchasing.
