Beautifully full 4 layer vintage style rock'n'roll petticoat in black with red contrast bottom each layer beautifully gathered to give this petticoat a very full look, as with most of my petticoats they can be worn as skirts with a bustier or corset. Made with polyester stiff petticoat netting fully lined with polyester lining,elasticated waist. My petticoats are made to the highest standard with the best quality fabrics, these are designed and made by me so are very individual, you will not find these in any highstreet stores..
