I've been using free machine embroidery for a little while, and a customer asked if I would consider doing a grandma's and grandad's glasses case, so I worked up a few designs.

Lovely, handmade personalised glasses case for a special granny.
I've made a glasses case as a special gift for a granny. I've appliqued a bird and leaf design onto the case and machine embroidered Granny's glasses onto the leaf. The bird's legs are hand embroidered in place.
The case is padded and fully lined with a pretty floral fabric. I've handstitched the sides, to show off the lining. It closes with a beautiful mother of pearl pink button and elastic loop. It's perfect to help protect glasses.
