Full description
This listing is for one of these hardback A5 landscape sketchbooks, which have been created using traditional bookbinding methods. All papers are: cut, folded and sewn by hand.
I have left the spines exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature. Rather than using traditional linen tape, I have used assorted ribbons bound with my hand dyed waxed linen threads.
The books are covered with book cloth made from scraps of curtain fabric and can be secured with elastic.
Each book contains 120 pages: 10 signatures, or 60 folios (folded pages), of 120 gsm 100% recycled paper.
Measurements: height 15 cm, width 21 cm and depth 2.5 cm
