A year ago my daughter was suffering from tension headaches. I wanted a hot water bottle I could wrap around her neck but they don't exist and they can burst so I didn't think they were suitable for a child (well teenager!). So I read about wheat bags online and made her one
and she's used it ever since!

Full description
Just heat in the microwave and the wheat will do its work. The application of heat is shown to ease painful joints, strains and to relieve tension. Instructions included. Can be composted at the end of its long life too! Each wheatbag is approximately 12.5 inches (32cm) long by 4.5 inches (11cm). Double stitched and lined for extra strength.
