I've been making little woven Christmas trees for a few years now. I discovered recently that they look even better with vintage buttons wired on as baubles.

Full description
This rustic Christmas Tree shaped decoration looks great hung on a cupboard doorknob, in a window or just on the wall.
It's essentially a 2 dimensional shape about 1cm thick which hangs flat against the wall.
Hand woven from Somerset willow using traditional basket making techniques. I've added a wooden star button at the top, a red raffia loop for hanging and some vintage buttons as baubles.
Sizes vary a little but are roughly around:
Width: 11 cm Height: 16 cm Depth: 1 cm
