The perfect finish to your Christmas dinner - a traditional home-made Christmas Pudding
Made to a recipe that has been in use in my family for over 50 years, this pudding is crammed full of yummy fruit and goodness.
8oz pudding will serve 2 - 3 people
1 lb pudding will serve 4 - 5 people
11/2 lb pudding will serve 6 - 8 people
2 lb pudding will serve 8 - 10 people
Also traditionally known as "Plum Pudding" even though there are no actual plums in most recipes
Serve with Brandy Butter, Sherry sauce, cream or custard!
Ingredients: Suet, breadcrumbs, flour, mixed fruit, mixed peel, apple, lemon, eggs, sherry, spices
Allergens: Gluten, Eggs
