I hate to see these old camera thrown out so I've endeavored to give this one a new lease of life, it will make a fascinating talking point wherever it is and is an ideal gift for anyone with an interest in photography.

This camera was made in the UK by Houghton Butcher Manufacturing and dates from around 1926.
It took 2.25B (E20) rollfilm
It had 3 apertures and 3 shutter speeds. Focus was achieved by moving the bellows.
The original price was £1 12s 6d
Rather than see it no longer used I have added a modern quartz clock movement and it now functions as a standing clock.
The clock movement is a high quality silent type with a sweeping second hand and is warranted for 1 year.
I have left as much of the original camera as possible though I had to shorten the bellows slightly to get a neat fit.
The battery is accessed by opening the back of the camera.
The wire viewfinder neatly frames the clock face and can still be swivelled out if required.
The clock comes in a nicely labelled box and makes an ideal gift for anyone interested in photography.
