I wanted to make a leotard that looked as if it had a chain hanging from the shoulder to the back neck opening ( good thing about this chain is it doesn't dangle about when preforming!) so set about making a chain pattern and built the design up from there tying in the turquoise base colour with a narrow strip of the same colour on the red sparkle up the top.
