This set of four buttons are handmade in Roupala Lacewood from South America.
As the name suggests, the wood has an almost lace like figure to the surface cause by pronounced medual rays within the wood.
These buttons are 4cm x 3cm and about 4mm thick the holes are 1cm apart, and 2mm dia
They have a satin finish and are flat even though the surface looks pitted. they have 2 coats of danish oil finish, making them semi waterproof, but do not risk them in a machine
they will come with an info sheet giving details of the wood and it's origin
