I took a large brown felted jumper and covered the back with the wavy needle felt pattern. I washed it again to further shrink it and fix the needle felting in place more securely. I then chose embroidery thread to match and began hand sewing little stitches to add detail and colour. This unique ruled notebook would make a lovely journal or personal diary.

Full description
An A5 spiral bound, ruled notebook, made from 100% recycled paper, with a removable felt cover. The cover is made from thick wool felt which has been decorated with needle felting and applique. The edges have been blanket stitched in contrasting lilac thread.
